The Surgery’s extended hours appointments are aimed at accommodating our patients who are commuters and those who have difficulty attending the surgery in the daytime.
We also offer an evening & weekend service via our Extended Hours Hub. Different local GPs work on a rota basis providing cover and so you may not be seen by your own GP.
EVENING AVAILABILITY
The practice offer evening surgeries 1 evening per week, as detailed above. Our patients also have access to GP led services (this will not be your usual GP) via our Extended Hours Hub for acute problems only.
This service excludes and will NOT be able to help with:
- Long-term, ongoing conditions, for example diabetes, asthma, etc.
- Referrals to hospitals and other services
- Investigations including blood test, x-rays, scans
- Repeat prescriptions

WEEKEND WALK-IN SERVICE
There is a GP led walk-in service available for patients with acute problems every Saturday from 9am – 11am at Earl’s Court, Health and Wellbeing Centre, 2b Hogarth Road, London SW5 OPT.
This service excludes and will NOT be able to help with:
- Long-term, ongoing conditions, for example diabetes, asthma, etc.
- Referrals to hospitals and other services
- Investigations including blood test, x-rays, scans
- Repeat prescriptions
Our patients can make use of these services if they feel they need care and access to a GP at the weekend (this will not be your usual GP). However, these clinics do not currently have access to your medical records, prescriptions or test results.
